Calls for Applications

Do you have an innovative idea that responds to an environmental challenge and you don’t know where to start? Propolys, Polytechnique Montréal’s technology entrepreneur incubator will support you in the first steps to launch your business.

The course takes place over 10 months from May to March to allow you to achieve several objectives:

– Identify and understand your market and your customers;
– Develop a first version of your offer (minimum viable product);
– Turn your idea into a business with a startup business model;
– Familiarize yourself with the role of business founder;
– Build a network of key people for your project;
– Identify possible funding sources;
– Expand your network of potential customers.

All start-up projects from across Quebec are eligible if they meet the following criteria:

– Responds to a sustainable development issue or targets an environmental issue;
– Project at the pre-start or start-up stage;
– Opportunity to travel occasionally to Montreal for training and experiential activities or special activities;
– Must be available at least 10 hours per week to devote himself to his entrepreneurial project and the course.

By participating in the Propolys course, you will have free access to 10 months of support (workshops, individual advice);

– Business and scientific expertise from Polytechnique and the ecosystem;
– An entrepreneur in residence;
– A network of clean technology partners;
– Support for the search for financing;
– Unlimited access to Polytechnique’s manufacturing laboratory;
– Networking and networking activities.
