The Prix Montréal inc. semi-final, an exclusive competition for laureates of the Fondation Montréal inc., took place, October 9 at La Factry. Each year, the Prix Montréal inc., presented by Desjardins Entreprises, highlights young startup entrepreneurs who have distinguished themselves by their outstanding achievements since winning the Montréal inc grant +.
It was Eugeria (represented by Valérie Larochelle), Intelligence Industrielle (represented by Martin Landry), and Stay22 (represented by Andrew Lockhead) who were selected by the jury. Thank you to the members of the jury : Caroline Bessette from Anges Québec, Jean Rodrigue from BCF, Karl Théard from Desjardins Capital, Justine Whissel from KPMG, François Crête from NATIONAL and Sophie Maccario, Montréal inc. laureate and co-founder of Épicerie LOCO.
Qantu, cacao et chocolat received the public’s favorite award from the guests, evaluators and Montréal inc. volunteer, coaches, as well as the startup ecosystem partners present.
The grand finale will be held on November 15th during the Soirée Montréal inc. The 3 finalists will have the chance to present their business to the entire business community who will choose the winner. To learn more click here.
