Bring Out Your Best – The Strong Entrepreneur

Discover your greatest strengths and use them to handle stress and work-life challenges, become happier and develop better relationships!

Every individual possesses all 24-character strengths in different degrees, giving each person a unique character profile. When you discover your greatest strengths, you can learn to use them to handle stress and work-life challenges, become happier, and develop better relationships.

Using the VIA (Values in Action) Strengths Model, we will bring out your best self as an entrepreneur in an evidence-based program.

Topics include:

  • 24-character strengths and why they matter
  • Your unique character strengths profile
  • How to take daily actions to optimize your unique strengths

You will learn three ways to apply the science of character strengths to strengthen your skills as an entrepreneur, as well as identify how to intentionally enact character strengths in service of achieving goals!

About the presenter:

The name of my consulting practice is PersonaGrata. This is a Latin expression that roughly translates to “person welcome”, that is my practice is designed around the high ideal that a person can be welcomed wherever they go for whomever they are.

My practice researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates positive psychoeducational programs, and coaching. I am deeply committed to supporting organizations and direct service clients to showcase and enact strengths and create hope, optimism, and flourishing in the world of work and in the greater context of life. I am a PhD candidate in Coaching Psychology and hold a Master of Education in Adult Education with specializations in transformative and distance education. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) through the Career Development Practitioners Certification Board of Ontario (CDPCBO).

If I have any privilege at all, I am using that privilege toward social justice – to use my privilege and my voice to help pave the way for others who might never have had access to the opportunities I have had. Sine qua non – without which, not.
